Both FileTwin and PhotoChecker offer a generous free tier, so you can try either app fully — every detection feature, no time limit — before you buy. If a license still doesn't work out for you, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase.
How to request one
Email refund@bremercore.com with the email address you used at checkout. We'll confirm the purchase and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor — it's returned to your original payment method, and typically shows up within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your license
Once a refund is processed, the associated license key is deactivated on all devices. The app keeps working under the free tier — 20 files or photos per scan, unlimited scans — exactly as it did before you purchased.
